One of the world's greatest city views is from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. Etoile is where twelve major Paris boulevardes join to form a star at the top of the Champs Elysees. From the top of the Arc you can see across the city from La Defense to the Louvre and beyond.
You don’t need a car. You are a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, Avenue de la Grande Armee, Places des Ternes, Avenue Victor Hugo – the immediate area is packed with things to see and places to visit. But, as you are very close to the Metro, Charles de Gaulle Etoile, you can, in a matter of minutes, reach any of the major Parisian landmarks and tourist attractions. The Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, The Latin Quarter, Montmartre, The Louvre and L'Opera are all a short distance away.
