Phoenix Court in Scarborough is a comfortable and modern guest house created from two Victorian town houses.  It overlooks Scarborough's beautiful North Bay and is just a short walk from the lively South Bay.  Our accommodation is 4 star Visit Britain graded, a member of the Walkers Welcome Scheme and featured in the Good Hotel Guide for the first time in 2009.

As a member of the Deliciouslyorkshire Breakfast Scheme we use as much fresh and local produce at breakfast as possible.  You can start your day with a delicious full English or Vegetarian breakfast.  Alternatively you can choose a Whitby smoked kipper, or one of our home baked teacakes or a slice of our banana bread.

All rooms are designed with comfort in mind - totally non smoking throughout the guest house the range of double or twin rooms all have en suite shower rooms, television, radio, hairdryers and hospitality trays.  Sea view rooms have amazingly comfortable super king sized beds and fantastic views of the North Bay.

A car park on the side of the building is for the sole use of our guests.
